Doing Our Share for Society
Looking for opportunities to give back to the society and doing their share the foundation came across a Gurukul in Gadpuri (Palwal District, 27 minutes from Faridabad). It has 70 children living in the premises. Along with the Haryana Board curriculum, it strives to inculcate in the kids strong sense of discipline and diligence. The kids learn yoga and it is a treat to watch them doing difficult asanas with great ease. The foundation is privileged to have donated 15 chairs to the gurukul in December 23’.
Education Beyond Classrooms
Creating Opportunities to Learn, Grow and Thrive
Education has the power to open doors, build confidence and create opportunities for a better future. Recognising this, Ujjwalam Foundation has been associated with Sakhi Sang for several years, supporting its efforts to provide educational assistance to underprivileged children.
Sakhi Sang works at the community level to provide tuition and learning support to children, creating a space where they can learn, develop their skills and build a stronger foundation for their future. One of the unique aspects of this initiative is the community park setting, where children come together to learn amidst nature.
For Ujjwalam Foundation, supporting such initiatives is about more than providing educational assistance—it is about creating access to learning and encouraging children to dream beyond their circumstances.
We are privileged to be part of an initiative that brings together education, community and care, and we hope to continue supporting efforts that help young minds grow with confidence and possibility.
